What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Agent position at Swiss International Air Lines AG?
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for :
- Efficiently manage customer requests for information, reservations, irregularities, and capacity by using several channels of communication
- Support marketing communication to foster positive customer awareness on SWC news & services
- Maintain & strengthen close customer relationship at all levels
- Ensure correct billing to customer by controlling bookings and Air Waybills & make corrections
- Strengthen outdoor sales efforts by supporting in rate quotations, ad hoc rate negotiations, market intelligence, reports
- Prioritizes workloads to enable swift & competent response to internal & external inquiries
- Coordinate with warehouse and ground handling agents or load control to ensure operations run smooth
- Participate in other duties as assigned
