The Account Executive is responsible for:
- Ensure prominent sales presence of Swiss WorldCargo in the assigned territory by effectively and efficiently positioning Swiss WorldCargo as a quality air cargo carrier
- Provide professional customer service to cargo clients in the sales area
- Development of customer and market revenues by promotion of Swiss WorldCargo brand and product portfolio
- Acquisition of new cargo traffic through a target oriented sales approach, maintenance of existing business
- Proactive sales and customer service approach to maintain existing business
- Participates in the planning and execution of the sales and marketing activities in the assigned sales territory
- Negotiation of service agreements, allotments and rates
- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

The ideal Account Executive should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor graduate preferred
- Marketing/Sales education an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience field sales or very solid commercial air cargo knowledge
- Ideally experienced in air cargo logistics and/or forwarding industry
- Excellent Microsoft Office user knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command of English language: fluent in speaking and writing
- Strong analytical, numerical problem-solving skills
- High degree of flexibility, loyal
- Comfortable working in a challenging but exciting business environment
- Ability to convincingly promote the quality image of Swiss WorldCargo
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
