- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (required); ACAS or FCAS designation is strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of US Casualty reinsurance markets, placement structures, and underwriting approaches.
- Business acumen and proficiency in incorporating forward-looking market insights and commercialism in underwriting and pricing decisions.
- Proven leadership skills in project management, deliverable achievement, and measurable results.
