About the Role :
Our Property Team is looking for a Senior International Underwriter with recognized experience and visibility in the Commercial Property insurance market (East Region) and a successful track record in underwriting both Global and Domestic large and medium sized Corporates. Responsibilities include :
- Manage a portfolio of accounts including fronted global Property programs
- Analyze and underwrite exposures including Natural Catastrophe hazards and assess technical insurability and coverages for new and renewal property submissions
- Work with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative international program solutions that meet customer needs and Swiss Re objectives
- Build relationships with our clients and brokers.

Some travel within the region including air travel for client / broker meetings will be required.
For New York City the estimated base salary range for this position is $156,000 to $246,000. The specific salary offered for this or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity / specialization / scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality (such as base pay, short-and long-term incentives, and benefits offered), in setting individual compensation.
