**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and mentor a team of four actuaries, delivering quantitative support to the US Casualty Desks and Market Units.
- Build and develop a diverse, high-performing actuarial team, fostering growth through coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
- Take ownership of portfolio-level costing parameters, actuarial models, and oversight for a designated Casualty line of business.
- Partner with key stakeholders to assess deals, portfolios, and costing parameters using internal and external data sources.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a reinsurance or primary pricing, portfolio management, or reserving function for Casualty lines.
- Deep understanding of Casualty (re)insurance underwriting, market trends, and strategy drivers for insurers, along with their broader industry implications.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (required); ACAS or FCAS designation is strongly preferred.
