Job Overview
Swiss Village Apartments is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/Houseman to join our team. As a Groundskeeper/Houseman, you will play a critical role in maintaining the property's appearance and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Meet the property standards for cleanliness of public areas; clean all assigned areas of the property on schedule
- Ensure property grounds are clean and maintained
- Clean building hallways and stairwells
- Assist maintenance team with cleaning apartment units during move-ins and move-outs
- Complete all other duties as assigned by management to include cross training
- Replenish supplies as needed
- Responsible for sweeping, vacuuming and refuse disposal
- Snow removal for property walkways, entrances, and parking areas
Technical Experience
- High school diploma or GED, ideally with some college
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- Prior housekeeping experience helpful
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Attention to detail for thorough unit cleaning and preparation
