About the Role
We're looking for a creative, strategic, and audience-focused Social Media & Content Manager to own and execute our organic social media strategy. This role will focus on content creation, influencer marketing, user-generated content (UGC), and community engagement to drive brand awareness and consumer connection.
The ideal candidate is skilled in organic social growth, content planning, and brand storytelling across platforms. You'll work closely with design, photography, and marketing teams to ensure our social content aligns with paid media, email/SMS marketing, and overall brand objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive organic social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X). You'll define and refine Swissgear's brand voice, ensuring consistency across all social channels.
You'll research and implement social trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies to enhance visibility and audience interaction. Working closely with the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you'll align organic and paid social efforts for a cohesive brand strategy.
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, with a proven track record of growing brand presence and increasing engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
You should be skilled in content creation, including photography, short-form video, and storytelling for social media platforms. Experience with influencer marketing and UGC strategies, including outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution, is also essential.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite, as well as analytics tools like Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and Sprout Social, will be valuable assets in this position.
