We are currently seeking a Supplier Quality Lead based in Atlanta with hybrid working available.
The purpose of the role is to support the procurement organization on quality relevant topics to ensure an approved supplier base and conformity of delivered products and services.
Make an impact
- Coordinate and align all Quality Management aspects
- Ensure process adherence in procurement
- Ensure product and service conformity of delivered products in supporting the procurement
- Provide training and coaching on the Quality Management Systems
- Drive continual improvement and corrective and preventive actions with systematic approaches
- Ensure the ISO certifications (9001), in coordination with Global QEHS management and its certifying body
- Support relevant stakeholder to continuously improve processes and standard operation procedures
What you need to succeed
We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for quality assurance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in supplier quality management or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of quality systems, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in quality software tools and reporting systems is a plus.
