WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
You are passionate about everything Food & Beverage while delivering warm and welcoming customer service. As an Amuse Server, you have opportunities at every turn to touch the hearts of our guests, create personalized experiences, and unforgettable moments. Your genuine smile and knowledge of our offerings makes guests feel at home and valued.
- Complete Daily Operations (i.e. opening duties, stocking, polishing, cleaning and maintaining walk-ins, fridges and other areas as assigned by the F&B Manager on duty)
- Meet and greet guests and coordinate with F&B Team regarding preferences, allergies and special occasions
- Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue
- Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Serving group functions per individual client specifications
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Follow all Hotel Service Standards
- Any other job tasks that may be assigned
