Job Summary
Swissport USA is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support the technology and processes of the HR Shared Services Center.
Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role will support HR systems in the HR Shared Services Center with a primary focus on system configuration and support, mass transaction processing, data integrity and audits, report writing and analytics.
We are seeking an associate with excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

Your activities
- Responsible for process development, documentation and workflow for the shared services center
- Maintain HRIS system tables and perform mass data uploads
- Oversee the development and documentation of HRIS system procedures and tutorials and train end users
- Serve as a primary point-of-contact for technical HRIS issues from employees in the shared service center and troubleshoot system issues and research solutions to improve system efficiencies
- Create ad-hoc reports and queries
- Audit employee data to ensure system database integrity
- Assist with testing and implementing of HRIS system upgrades or patches
- Provide project management support for assigned projects and tasks to ensure successful completion
- Assist with the processing of a large volume of employee data transactions in the core HRIS system (currently Lawson), ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely entry.
- Communicate regularly with the SSC Manager regarding issues and escalate any concerns as appropriate.
- Ensure confidentiality of all associate records in compliance with HIPPA and internal policies.
- Other duties and tasks, as assigned.
Your profile
- Knowledge of and experience with HRIS systems (Lawson preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Lawson MS Add-Ins preferred)
- Strong report writing skills (Crystal Reports preferred)
- Three years HR or related experience including experience supporting HRIS systems
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- Knowledge of and experience with HR case management ticketing systems preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
