Ice Cream Server

Thanks for your interest in working at the Swissvale Dari Delite!

We hope to open the weekend of March 26th, but if the weather is bad, we will wait until the first nice weekend. The Dari will be open Wednesday through Sunday from noon - 9pm until Memorial Day, and then noon - 10pm during the summer. We will close in mid-October.

Shifts will generally be 5 hours long until Memorial Day, after which they will be 6 hours long. We are looking for staff who are willing to work 2 - 3 shifts per week. You must be available to work weekends. All positions will be paid $9.50/hr. Tips can equate to an extra $5 - $10/ hr.

The Dari is a place where people come to relive childhood memories, celebrate special occasions, and make a bad day better. We are looking for staff who are excited to make a small but positive difference in the everyday lives of our customers.

While serving ice cream will definitely be fun, ATTENTION TO DETAIL is important to making sure our customers get a consistent product every time. Finally, we are also looking for someone who is willing to do the not-so-fun parts of the job, like STOCKING & CLEANING.

COVID-19 considerations:
There is no interior customer space - this is a walk-up only business, so employees will only be interacting with customers through a window. All staff who are unvaccinated are required to wear a properly fitting mask.
