Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from a clinical nurse specialist program accredited by a recognized body or
- Ph.D. from a clinical nurse specialist program accredited by a recognized body or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or
- Currently enrolled in a Master's, DNP, or Ph.D. clinical nurse specialist program accredited by a recognized body or
- Equivalent coursework and experience will be considered (Example: Master's in nursing or Doctoral degree in Nursing not specifically in the CNS role, such as Nursing Administration or Nursing Education)
- 3 years of registered nursing experience in the area of specialty.
- Current certification as a CNS
- Current certification in the area of specialty
- 2 years of clinical leadership responsibility
