Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of service specialists who support business system products, including hardware, software, and document management solutions.
- Hiring, training, mentoring, and developing new and existing technical staff.
- Resolving client issues efficiently and effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Managing inventory and warehousing processes related to service logistics.
- Keeping the team up to date with emerging technologies and industry developments.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 7 years of relevant experience including the management of two or more full-time employees.
- Proven leadership experience in service operations, particularly within a tech-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience in field technical service, with deep knowledge of digital and electromechanical systems.
- Familiarity with hardware, software, document management solutions, and connectivity troubleshooting in business settings.
- Comfort using tools such as Microsoft Office, Oracle, and internet-based platforms; knowledge of Lotus Notes is a plus.
- A strong background in customer service and technical issue resolution.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in overseeing parts inventory, warehousing, and dispatch processes.
