Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D and marketing to develop and manage fragrance briefings for new product innovation.
- Process and track fragrance briefs through internal databases from submission to completion.
- Maintain internal fragrance knowledge base and physical fragrance library.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with fragrance suppliers, supporting the development pipeline.
- Identify and assess new fragrance technologies and innovations relevant to regional market needs.
- Ensure that all fragrance projects align with global strategic, regulatory, and sustainability objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory updates in the fragrance space.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality written and oral presentations to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Communicate and align with global teams on regional fragrance development strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience with a bachelor's degree, or
- 3-5 years of relevant laboratory or industry experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in project management or business operations is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with fragrance development or testing is preferred but not required.
