Job Title : Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapy
Location : Vallejo, CA
Job-Type : FTE / Permanent
Bonus : Up to $10,000 Sign-On
Position Summary :
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with upper extremity conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility
- Provide specialized therapy for a variety of conditions, including post-surgical recovery, traumatic injuries, repetitive use disorders, and chronic conditions
- Design and prefabricated or custom orthoses and splints
- Provide manual therapy techniques and advanced modalities
- Collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), ensuring quality care and adherence to treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and strategies for optimal recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our state-of-the-art EMR system.
