- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current License to practice as a PharmD.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Previous leadership experience is helpful.
- Ability to utilize a Patient Management System in the pharmacy.
- 3 years of related pharmacy experience preferred.
- Experience within a Retail Pharmacy setting as a Pharmacy Manager.
- Familiarity with leading staff and implementing strategies to increase prescriptions and customer engagement.
