Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)

We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist in Charge) to oversee patient care and pharmacy operations. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for patient service, and a commitment to ensuring operational excellence. You will lead a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver top-tier healthcare services while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Provide patient education and guidance on medication use and safety.
• Manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Address knowledge gaps through continuous education and training.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
• Licensing: Must hold the required pharmacy license and certification in the practicing region.

• 3 years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Previous experience in pharmacy management is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of 340B pharmacy programs is a plus.
• Immunization certification and experience in vaccination administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement pharmacy growth strategies.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Fine motor skills for handling prescriptions and performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
