Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Coursework/Training: Occasionally, a position may require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need.
- Relevant state licensure upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification.
- Occasionally, a position may require specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need.
