The Electrophysiology (EP) Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized care to patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures, including diagnostic testing, catheter ablation, and device implantation. The RN works closely with cardiologists and other healthcare providers to monitor patient conditions, assist during procedures, and manage post-procedure recovery. Key responsibilities include preparing patients for EP procedures, ensuring patient safety, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients on post-procedure care.
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
1 year Nursing experience.
