Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the pulmonary medical unit, following established care plans and protocols.
- Monitor patient progress, assess conditions, and intervene as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for any adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and mentorship programs.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: Registered Nurse License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with 12 months of experience or less.
