Key Responsibilities
- System design of complex rotary servo motion assemblies for high-reliability applications.
- Collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, thermal, etc.) to develop integrated electromechanical systems.
- Predict system-level performance and select the optimal approach to specific applications.
- Lead product development teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Track project progress and report status to senior management.
- Understand and interpret customer specifications and requirements.
- Prepare statements of work and product specifications.
- Serve as the primary technical interface with suppliers and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aeronautical Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in the design and analysis of precision electromechanical equipment (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong experience in mechanical design/packaging, with excellent electrical and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (UG NX is desirable).
- Experience with motion simulations and knowledge of motion control techniques.
