Responsibilities
- Ensure warehouse activities are focused on providing internal/external customers with exceptional service.
- Supervise warehouse activities to ensure accurate receipt of materials and monitor the security of all assets passing through the facility.
- Ensure orders are dispatched on time to the appropriate employees and locations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy to meet company objectives, following Standard Operating Procedures and cycle counting guidelines.
- Assist in modifying materials management procedures to improve efficiency and ensure consistency across distribution locations.
- Create and provide reports as required.
- Maintain the warehouse in a clean, organized manner while ensuring optimization and safety are prioritized.
- Supervise employee schedules and workload, set standards for performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide training and support for new employees and participate in cross-training with other departments.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to help employees develop.
- Supervise the efficient workflow of customer orders and the deployment of required materials.
- Oversee the RMA process, including shipping, tracking, and inventory verification.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years of increasing responsibility in the logistics field.
- Extensive experience and judgment used to plan and accomplish goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
