Qualifications :
- B.S. in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience with structural design for greenhouses preferred.
- Proficient in RISA-3D, RAM, CASTA, or similar engineering software.
- Strong analytical skills, multitasking abilities, and project management experience.
- Effective communicator with team collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
