The Tier 3 Engineer (CCIE) will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting expertise for complex network systems, with a particular focus on 5G ORAN and other enterprise-level network environments. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, managing and resolving high-level network issues and collaborating with teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design, provision, deploy, configure, and administer lab network hardware and software.
- Create, revise, update, and maintain comprehensive network design documentation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for 5G ORAN Network lab projects.
- Support and troubleshoot technical issues related to cell site routers, on-prem devices, and cloud infrastructure.
- Define and execute test plans to ensure the optimal performance of the 5G ORAN Lab network.
- Mentor junior engineers and help develop standards and best practices applicable to production networks.
- Must possess a CCIE Enterprise or CCIE Service Provider certification.
- In-depth expertise in BGP, ISIS, MPLS, and 5G networks.
