Key Responsibilities
- Work with established clients to develop project criteria, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
- Oversee projects from preliminary studies through to final design and construction documents for bidding.
- Lead the development and design of new projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships while assisting in the development of new clients and opportunities.
- Manage financial budgets, schedules, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Attend client meetings and perform site visits as necessary.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and presentations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) License.
- At least 8 years of experience in highway engineering design, with a minimum of 5 years in project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex transportation projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Office-based work environment with occasional site visits.
- Willingness to attend client meetings and travel by car and/or plane as required for projects.
- Participation in industry events, conferences, and relevant presentations.
