About the Role
This newly created role is a unique opportunity to modernize accounts payable workflows and foster a culture of efficiency. You’ll lead a team, champion automation initiatives, and help shape the future of AP processes.
What You’ll Do
Lead a team of 15 AP clerks, managing AP operations across multiple entities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Spearhead automation initiatives, introducing innovative technologies to reduce manual tasks and optimize workflows.
Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance productivity.
Guide your team through transitions, fostering alignment with modernization efforts and building a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Mentor and develop team members, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring they’re equipped for success.
Who We’re Ideally Looking For
The ideal candidate thrives on technology, process improvement, and leading teams through change. We’re seeking someone with :
Proven experience in accounts payable within a high-volume shared services environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems , such as Oracle, and AP automation tools.
A successful track record of managing team transitions during technology implementations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
Certifications in AP management or process improvement are a plus!
