About the Company

Switchboard Hiring is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for our client, Locution Systems.  For over 30 years, they've been improving response times, reducing dispatcher stress, and enhancing quality of life for first responders. As the Customer Success Specialist, you will :

Manage customer relationships.  Communicate achievable timelines and manage customer expectations

Work with internal teams to create service proposals for new customers and add-on services for existing customers

Build and continuously expand your knowledge of our products and services on the fly

Balance independent project work with routine service requests, knowing when to involve other team members or departments to ensure customer success

We want to hear from you if you have :

Prior experience in a customer facing service or support role

Experience developing customer relationships and a proven ability to connect with people

Experience prioritizing tasks, managing multiple priorities and a proven ability to be flexible and adaptable based on customer and business demands

Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Even better, but not required :

Advanced skills in Excel

Knowledge of Fire and EMS operations

Experience with Salesforce and / or Bluebeam Revu

Ability to manage small to medium sized projects

Competitive base salary between $75k - $85k

Occasional travel to customer sites to strengthen relationships, based on customer needs

1-2 trade shows per year possible

Location

Golden, Colorado

Hybrid schedule with three days in office per week after an initial training period

Compensation Range : $75K - $85K

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
