What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Assembler - 2nd Shift position at Switchgear Power Systems?
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:30am $3.00 shift differential
Position Description:
In this position, individuals will work in teams using their skills and tools to wire electrical equipment. Control Wirers will read blueprints and wiring diagrams to ensure the electrical equipment is wired neatly and accurately.

Job Functions
- Install electrical components per assembly drawings.
- Wire electrical control panels per assembly drawings.
- Verify components with bills of material to ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
Basic Requirements
- Complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Be flexible with working hours to allow for occasional overtime.
- Problem solve independently and with coworkers.
- Possess a strong safety ethic.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable with the use of hand tools.
