PURPOSE A Regional Director manages and oversees a smaller department of a said region at Switchpoint. Their duties include strategic planning, ensuring the company meets goals and manages profit and loss.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supervising, mentoring, and overseeing department managers.
· Maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders
· Managing the profits and losses of the organization or report regularly to CEO
· Developing goals and initiatives to direct the company’s course.
· Guiding managers on implementing company initiatives and policies
· Evaluating company processes when solving policy and procedures to solve issues or concerns.
· Ensuring business operations run smoothly and implemented based on established goals.
· Maintaining regulatory records and paperwork
· Recordkeeping and Reporting:
· Report critical incident(s) immediately to Regional Director.
· Collects data necessary to meet funding requirements and statistical reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have exceptional leadership skills to effectively lead managers.
· Understanding of industry standards, business operations and regulatory requirements
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Good planning and organization skills to achieve goal setting.
· Innovative mindset to create new, effective solutions.
· Analytical skills to interpret data.
· Mathematical and financial skills for budgeting responsibilities
· Director should have at least 7 to 10 years of experience, including at least five years in a management role.
COMPENSATION:
Wage range starts at $75,000 and caps at $85,000/annually
