The Client Implementation Specialist is a highly skilled and motivated Software Implementation Specialist with expertise in multi-tenant environments. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of our software solutions to clients. Their primary responsibility is to establish and document robust processes and tools that facilitate efficient and repeatable software delivery, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
What you will do here:
Implementation Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation strategy software solutions in a multi-tenant environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align implementation goals with overall business objectives.
Process Development:
Design, document, and implement streamlined processes for software deployment, ensuring scalability and consistency.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement to enhance overall efficiency.
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales and Clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for successful software implementation.
Establish strong relationships with client stakeholders to foster collaboration and satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
Tool Selection and Integration:
Evaluate, select, and integrate tools and technologies that enhance the implementation process.
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and compatibility with multi-tenant environments.
Quality Assurance:
Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Develop testing protocols and documentation to ensure a consistent and reliable implementation process.
Organize and lead post implementation debrief to capture lessons learned and potential process improvements.
Training and Documentation:
Create comprehensive training materials for both internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth knowledge transfer.
Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
Project Coordination:
Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful software deployment.
Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to keep projects on track.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree; Computer Science, or Information Technology related degrees preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
5 years with CU and technical financial product experience including exposure to online banking products required
2 years of experience successfully leading teams required
1 years of proven experience working as a client-facing Implementation specialist required
In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and tools used in software implementation. required
Strong project coordination skills with a focus on delivering results within established timelines. required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients. required
Problem solver with a strong product sense who has experience resolving complex issues and tenaciously problem-solve with clients required
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving requirements. required
Self starter required
A team player who thrives on cross-functional collaboration passionate about uncovering gaps and working together to improve systems and processes required
Competency with Remedy force and Confluence preferred preferred.
Proven experience in B2B software implementation, particularly in multi-tenant environments preferred.
