Overview
The Switchyards Clubkeep is the secret weapon for our model of "invisible hospitality." Clubkeeps are smart, world-class hosts that wear a smile, obsess over details, and give a damn about ensuring our clubs are always clean, full of vibes, and overflowing with coffee.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining our standards of care, communication, cleanliness, and consistency
- Consistently delivering a high level of service
- Following a detailed checklist to ensure consistency and maintain Switchyards standards
- Completing detailed check-ins with care and attention to detail
- Clear and consistent communication with our Operations team before, during, and after check-in's
- General cleaning and tidying of clubs
- Ongoing maintenance of coffee equipment
The Nitty Gritty
Clubkeeps will work and communicate directly with our Birmingham Club Manager.
- Very part-time with flexible hours
- Schedule flexibility is preferred.
- Have another job but want to make some extra cash? This could be just right for you.
- $25 per shift. Shifts take between 30-60 minutes on average. Clubkeeps get a free membership
