Switzerland Inn is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager! Located in beautiful Little Switzerland, NC one thing has remained the same: we provide our guests with superior service, outstanding accommodations, and unrivaled Southern hospitality. The Food and Beverage Manager oversees team members in all aspects of restaurant operations and service as well as supporting the Banquets department and other outlets. Additional responsibilities include conducting day-to-day shift operation; maintaining food and beverage items according to hotel standards; team member training; coordinating with other departments to ensure that business runs efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience leading a team in a restaurant or equivalent outlet, be a great communicator and can develop team members while being available as needed including some weekends and evenings.
