This role sits at the intersection of AI, customer experience, and data analytics, ensuring that our conversational solutions are intuitive, scalable, and data-informed.
As a strategic advisor and technical expert, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to develop conversational flows, enhance AI performance, and drive actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for architecting end-to-end conversational experiences, leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to create high-performing, human-like interactions. What Will You Be Doing? ⚡️
- Gather and Analyze Statistics–Use your curiosity to collect analytics throughout various stages of customer journeys. Regularly review this data and customer conversations to identify areas of improvement in our products.
- Occasionally Support Customers–Build relationships with customers by responding to their requests, evaluating NLP and/or LLM responses, or making minor customizations to meet their needs.
- Improve Product Features–Leverage insights from analytics and feedback from customers to inform product updates. Utilize our drag-and-drop editor to make workflow changes that benefit both current and future customers.
- Test and Launch Engineering’s Work–Approve new features and bug fixes developed by engineers. Ensure data flows correctly through databases and use our workflow editor to activate features for customers.
- Monitoring–Consistently oversee high-priority features and conduct ad-hoc testing when issues arise. Be proactive in maintaining product quality.
- Experimentation–Test creative hypotheses to drive rapid, data-driven decision making.
- Project Management-Prioritize feedback and feature requests to maximize ROI for customers. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement new features and resolve bugs. The ability to clearly communicate with internal, sometimes technical, teams and external stakeholders is key.
