**Process Improvement Lead**

This role is responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across the organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and continuous learning.

You will be responsible for analyzing production statistics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective countermeasures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Automotive Engineering experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
