We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistants-Temp-Legal professional to join our team.
Job Summary:
This Administrative Assistants-Temp-Legal role involves providing administrative support to our Vice President and Senior Managers, with a focus on relieving them of administrative details.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare and check agenda for meetings, attending staff and/or conference meetings as directed.
- Perform filing of company information for the Operations department or forward records to appropriate personnel for filing.
- Communicate information between the Vice President and staff members verbally and/or in writing.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
- Excellent Power Point and Excel skills required.
- Good language skills in German.
