Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Process Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain processes to improve process capability, perform process capability studies and audits, and ensure optimal equipment and process conditions
- Problem-Solving and Analysis: Investigate process/product problems, identify root causes, and implement effective countermeasures
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for process improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Automotive Engineering experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
