Pack'n Heat is a female-owned and operated business specializing in custom accessories, known for our crystal-embellished earmuffs. As the sister company to Shooters World, we have carved a unique niche in the firearms industry. Shooters World is a leading shooting range and retailer that values safety, customer service, and firearms training. 

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in a dual-role capacity. This unique position combines hands-on crafting with exceptional customer service, offering variety and growth opportunities for creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Crystal Production Associate Duties:

• Follow pre-designed crystal patterns to embellish hearing protection, drinkware, and other items with precision and consistency.
• Disassemble and assemble hearing protection as needed.
• Spray paint hearing protection as needed. 
• Print vinyl designs using Cricut Design Space and prepare materials for external embellishers.
• Inspect and correct the work of crystal laborers to meet quality standards.
• Maintain and organize an inventory of crystals and crafting supplies.
• Pack and ship orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Keep the crafting workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Recruit and train new embellishers.

Customer Experience Representative Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Address Google reviews with thoughtful and brand-aligned responses.
• Provide accurate information about Shooters World’s services, products, and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate as necessary.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for fine handwork or crafts, such as embellishing or beadwork.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Cricut Design Space.
• Excellent written communication skills for customer inquiries and review responses.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to varied responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in crafting, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.
