We're seeking an RN / LPN who can serve as Quality Nurse Specialist and build upon this reputation with an unwavering commitment to meticulous quality in the care rendered to our patient population. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional who has the experience necessary to take our organization to the next level in accuracy, security, safety and Value-Based Care.
The Specialist will be charged with carrying out necessary workflows and helping to grow SWLA's Quality / Value-Based Care initiatives program that not only safeguards quality of the care given to our patients, but also ensures that care is rendered in an efficient and timely way.
Objectives of this Role :
- Interpret, build upon, and comply with company Quality, Value-based care and Evidence-based care initiatives.
- Maintain compliance and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Document healthcare quality activities with internal reporting and audits.
- Develop improved standards for production and design, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines.
- Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Pursue continuing education in new solutions, technologies, and skills.
