JOB TITLE : IT Support Technician II
LOCATION : Windsor, CT
The ITSupport Technician II is responsible for providing on-site technical support and services to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure at various company locations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and collaborating with other IT teams to deliver high-quality support to end-users.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- On-site Technical Support. Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshooting Skills. Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Desktop support. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- End User Support. Provide end-user support for new user setups.
- Asset Management. Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking, deployment, and disposal.
- Collaboration. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of IT services.
- Site Visits. Conduct regular site visits to assess and address IT needs and issues.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives at various locations.
- Documentation. Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and support activities.
- Train Users. Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
