Packing Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packaged and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team. We strive to allow our workers a stress free environment , while ensuring our product is packed and sealed professionally .

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Putting labels on correct products
• Inspect items for defects or damages before packaging.
• Label packages clearly and correctly for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks.

Experience

• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required. (Bakery preparation is a PLUS)
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Good physical stamina, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Basic understanding of packaging materials and techniques is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• No nights
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:
