Swoon is actively seeking a Sr. Messaging Engineer to join the team!

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Responsibleforthesupport,engineering,andoperationoftheglobalmessaginginfrastructureandmobiledevicemanagementplatforms.
• Resolvetechnicalissuesrelatedtosystemavailability,performance,andend-suerexperiences.
• Manageescalationofissuestosupportteamsandvendors
• Monitorssystemsforstabilityandperformanceissuesforsystemmetricsforcapacityplanningpurposes.

What's required?

• Bachelors Degree required
• 8 years of experience supporting major messaging implementations
• Strong understanding of mobile device management
• Understanding of messaging technologies including Exchange Server, Exchange online, Email archive systems, SMTP, ProofPoint, and others
• Understanding of PowerShell scripting

• Salary - $150,000 - $175,000
