Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as a veteran IT Project Manager . In this role, you will drive organizational efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will lead cross-functional projects, oversee strategic planning, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals. This position requires expertise in Agile methodologies, financial management, and a strong ability to anticipate and address organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Implementation :
- Develop and implement strategic plans that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with user departments to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Conduct research to assess organizational goals, practices, and user requirements.
Project Management :
Manage multiple projects by coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables.Utilize Agile methodologies and coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices for non-IT projects.Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining high-quality outcomes.Policy Development & Analysis :
Evaluate organizational outcomes to identify areas for improvement.Recommend strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operations and address trends.Financial Oversight :
Prepare annual budgets, forecast resource requirements, and analyze financial variances.Initiate corrective actions to achieve financial objectives and manage expenditures.Quality Assurance :
Establish and enforce standards to maintain consistent service quality.Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Continuous Learning & Development :
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations.Share knowledge and insights to contribute to organizational growth.Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Certifications :
Agile Certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe).Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.Experience & Skills :
Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and policy development.Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including implementation in non-IT contexts.Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Financial management expertise, including budgeting and variance analysis.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.Why Join Us?
