Swoon is hiring a Business Analyst for our top client in CA!
2 month contract with strong potential to extend
W2 Only / not C2C eligible / no sponsorship available at this time
Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (60% remote, 40% travel around bay area)
Benefits available : Medical / Dental / Vision
Looking to hire ASAP
What does the day to day look like?
Visiting various merchants across the city to introduce and test a new product.
Gathering feedback from customers and merchants.
Create better reporting and insights for merchants.
Create merchant materials by updating data for merchant meeting presentations, sending merchant emails, helping create new collateral and forums to share data and insights
Observe restaurant operations and train staff if needed

What's required :
Excellent people skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.
Comfortable being active, moving between locations throughout the day.
Proficient with Google Suite for basic data input (no advanced analytics required).
2 years experience working with merchants or vendors
What's nice to have :
Educational background applicable to field
Prior experience in enterprise organization
Prior experience in food / beverage or technology industries
