Position: Audit Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 2 days remote per week, with flexibility on in-office days)
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 range bonus eligible
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead client engagements, oversee audits, and strengthen client relationships. This role involves planning, executing, and supervising audit and consulting engagements while ensuring compliance with GAAP and firm quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage audits, reviews, and compilations from planning to financial statement issuance.
- Oversee engagement progress, staffing, and client communication.
- Provide mentorship, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews.
- Analyze client industries, identify key trends, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Participate in networking and business development.
- Travel up to 20% as needed.
Qualifications:
- CPA license required.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s preferred).
- 5-12 years of public accounting or related experience.
- 3 years supervising and mentoring staff.
- Strong proficiency in GAAP, GAAS, and financial statement attestation.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
