Title: Strategy & Operations Analyst
Client: Fortune 100 Telecommunications Firm
Location: Bellevue, WA - Hybrid 3x per week
Join our dynamic team and play a critical role in supporting the strategic direction of our organization. As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment across the organization, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning initiatives: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain long-term roadmaps that align with organizational goals and priorities.
- Manage project intake and prioritization: Assist in defining and managing a structured project intake process to evaluate new initiatives and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Drive operational excellence: Continuously assess and improve operational processes related to project management, planning, and strategy execution. Identify and implement solutions to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the team.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making: Assist in defining and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure effective communication: Facilitate cross-functional updates and check-ins. Develop and maintain a newsletter to communicate key updates and information to the broader team.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt effectively to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with strategic planning and execution in a high-growth company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Salary : $43 - $50
