Come join a leader in the Finance industry Swoon is actively seeking a DevOps Manager to join the team Responsibilities Be the subject matter expert for ongoing custom applications and infrastructure deployed on premise and in cloud environments Lead and mentor a team of 10 DevOps engineers including team development and cross training Run the incident and problem management process for non-production and manage an L1 and L2 support Assist production support and development staff in debugging environment defects Create procedural documentation for cloud native applications and oversee development of automation scripts Whats Required? / Technical Skills 10 years of experience in IT / DevOps working in a distributed multi-platform environment and 3 years of experience in management 5 years of experience in Kubernetes, Kafka, and ServiceNow Experience in Ansible and Terraform HIGHLY preferred Experienced in Cloud environment AWS preferred but open to Azure or GCP as well Education / Certifications Bachelors Degree Cloud certification a plus What Else you should know?
