Swoon is actively seeking a Sr. Manager of Enterprise Architecture to join the team!
What your day-to-day look like?
Lead and manage the solution architecture and domain architecture teams and provide guidance and oversight to the application architecture models
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize business opportunities that can be enhanced
Design and oversee the implementation of IT systems
Develop and maintain current and target architecture models including applications, data, and infrastructure
Lead the technology selection and system integrations for solutions including bolstering the governance processes and ensuring end to end architectural solutions
Be innovative and improve on your skills and the skills of your team

What’s Required?
Bachelors Degree; Masters Degree preferred
Certified Enterprise Architect (Togaf, Zachman or similar) highly preferred
15 years of experience in IT or related field with at least 8 years in enterprise solution architecture supporting multiple domains including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, sales, ecommerce, and finance IT portfolios
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) leading and managing an architecture team in Fortune 500 companies or Big 5 firms providing technology solutions for SAP S / 4, Manhattan or similar, SAP IBP, Dynamics CRM, Azure cloud data stacks, etc.
5 years of experience architecting, designing and delivering scalable and decoupled systems in a heavily regulated environment.
3 years of experience in Azure
Excellent leadership and team managements skills while continuing to keep your skills up to data as well
Fortune 500 or Big 5 Consulting expeirence in managing architecture teams
What else should you know?
Direct-Hire / Full-time role – no contracting
Hybrid Role – 3 days a week on site
Location – Northbrook, IL
