What You’ll Do:
- Open tickets for hardware, software, and system access for new hires
- Meet with new employees, guide them through onboarding, and provide a welcoming experience
- Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding and assist hiring managers in administrative tasks
- Troubleshoot basic IT-related onboarding issues (e.g., setting up Outlook, email signatures)
- Ensure all onboarding-related processes are completed efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and improve onboarding operations
