The Office Experience Manager at Swoon is responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment. This involves providing exceptional customer service to employees and guests, while also managing day-to-day operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide welcoming and professional reception services to employees and guests.
  2. Conduct office tours for new hires and assist with onboarding procedures.
  3. Manage employee badging requests and access control.
  4. Assist with furniture reconfigurations, including moving chairs, tables, and equipment.
  5. Support event setup and cleanup, including assisting with catering arrangements.
  6. Manage lost and found items.
  7. Deliver packages to employees.
  8. Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies.
  9. Oversee the day porter service to ensure cleanliness and maintain a well-maintained office environment.
  10. Provide excellent customer service, both in person and virtually.
  11. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
