🎯 About the Role:
As a Planner Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing inventory across a portfolio of branded artist stores and third-party platforms. You’ll ensure stock levels are optimized to meet demand, considering artist cycles, seasonal trends, and sales velocity. Your analytical mindset and communication skills will support cross-functional collaboration between production, logistics, and customer service teams.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels across D2C stores and e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze sell-through performance and make recommendations for replenishment, markdowns, or discontinuation.
- Project inventory needs based on historical data, seasonality, and sales forecasts.
- Identify products for promotional opportunities and determine ideal lifecycle per SKU.
- Collaborate closely with internal production teams to manage buy approvals and timelines.
- Serve as the main point of contact for logistics and customer service inquiries related to inventory flow.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of incoming buys to key stakeholders.
